At our restaurant, we purchase all ingredients on the same day to ensure maximum freshness. We do not use any preservatives or artificial additives. Therefore, we kindly ask that you make a reservation by the day before your visit.
Japanese home-style dishes can be prepared on the same day. However, sushi is only available by advance reservation.
